How do I return an item?

 

After reaching out to the team, they will give you instructions on how to ship back to us.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

You are qualified to return the product if it has not been worn and up to 14 days after receiving.

How do I track my order?

 

After ordering you will get a confirmation email of your purchase and later on another email with your shipping details.

What are your delivery options?

 

When ordering on your own, you are able to get it delivered straight to your own address. Local pickups are available all over the island when ordering through myself (Aurellia).
