Are your items made-to-order?
Yes. Every item is created after purchase and features authentic Indigenous artwork designed by Aurellia Nelson – Hamalakame’ga.
Each order is individually curated and produced specifically for the customer by specially selected printers- or Aurellia herself.
How long does production and shipping take?
Because items are made-to-order and not pre-stocked, production can take about 1–2 weeks depending on order volume.
Shipping times vary by location. You can receive tracking on request.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are very limited due to the personalized nature of each order.
If you have an issue, please email us within 20 days of receiving your item so we can review your concern.
What conditions must the item be in for any return/exchange review?
Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• With tags attached
• Free of scents, marks, or signs of use
If the item appears used or altered in any way, we cannot process a return, exchange, or alternative option.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Premium Culture Club has a strict no-refund policy.
Each item goes through multiple designing, printing, and quality-control steps before being shipped.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there is a manufacturer defect, printing error, or problem with the order, please email us within 20 days.
We will investigate the issue and offer the appropriate solution.
What if my package is delayed or lost during shipping?
We ship with trusted carriers, but once the package is handed off, shipping delays are out of our control.
If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier first, then notify us so we can help where possible.
Do you offer custom designs?
Custom designs may be available depending on the request.
Custom artwork can take longer to produce. Email us with your idea to discuss pricing and timelines.
How should I care for my clothing?
To preserve artwork quality:
• Wash inside out
• Use cold water
• Avoid bleach
• Hang to dry or tumble dry low
This helps maintain vibrancy and extend the life of the design.
