Premium Culture Club – Store Policies

Made-to-Order Fulfillment

All clothing items feature authentic Indigenous artwork designed by Aurellia Nelson – Hamalakame’ga.

Every order is individually curated and fulfilled at the time of purchase. Because of this personalized process, production and shipping times may vary.

Estimated fulfillment & shipping time: approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on order volume.

 

Please note: Unlike stock-based shops, our made-to-order system ensures quality and intentionality, but it does require additional time. We appreciate your patience and respect during this process.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because each item is created specifically for the customer, returns and exchanges are very limited and not guaranteed.

    •    Customers must contact us within 20 days of receiving their order to discuss any concerns.

We will assess each situation individually and may offer alternatives such as partial store credit or a remake only if applicable.

Condition Requirements

For any return, exchange, or discussion of alternatives:

    •    Items must be unworn, with all tags attached, and show no signs of use.

    •    Any evidence of wear, washing, scent, damage, or tag removal will result in an automatic denial.

    •    If needed, a further investigation or request for photos may be required.

No Refund Policy

Premium Culture Club maintains a strict no-refund policy.

Because every item goes through multiple design, printing, and quality-control steps before being shipped, we cannot issue monetary refunds under any circumstance.

Quality Assurance

Each piece is inspected through several stages to ensure the artwork, colours, and materials meet our quality standards.

If there is a manufacturer defect or printing error, please contact us within 20 days so we can review and resolve the issue appropriately.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delays caused by the carrier (Canada Post, UPS, etc.) are outside of our control.

If an item is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first, then notify us so we can assist where possible.

Premium Culture Club is built on culture, respect, and community.

We promise clear, kind communication and ask for the same in return.

Please be patient during the production process and while awaiting replies—each message is handled with care.

Custom Design Disclaimer

Custom artwork requests may require additional design time and may increase fulfillment timelines.

Custom requests must be approved before payment.
